Providing ergonomic 360 relief while still pliable when frozen. The ice pack shape can be used with a breast pump.
The neutral white colour, makes these ice/heat packs ideal for wearing under light coloured clothing.
Suitable for all breast sizes.
ICE THERAPY: Cold therapy to help discomfort of engorgement, blocked ducts and mastitis.
To cool – place in the freezer (without cover), for at least two hours.
HEAT THERAPY: Warmth helps to encourage let down of milk, can be used with breast pump
To heat – place in the microwave (without cover), for 10 to 15 seconds, if needed, heat for additional five seconds, in intervals, until desired temperature is achieved.
Place in a cover and place on the breast. Do not use for longer than 20 minutes application.
Clean with mild soapy water after each use. Covers can be washed in the washing machine on a cold wash. Do not tumble dry.
