We accept returns of approved full priced items within 10 days of delivery date.
Merchandise must be unused/unworn/unwashed with original packaging/tags attached.

Making An Exchange or Return

Head to our Returns Centre Portal to request a credit/exchange and retrieve your return RMA#. You will need to enter the email address that you used to place your order along with your order number, then follow the prompts. Make sure to include any relevent photos if your item is faulty.

Allow up to 10 business days from the date your return is delivered to our facility to receive a refund confirmation.

Babe Bump & Beyond offers returns/exchanges within 10 calendar days from when your order is delivered.

In order to be eligible for an exchange or return, products must be returned in unused, unwashed, and unworn condition with original tags and packaging included. All skincare items must be returned unopened in original packaging in order to be eligible for a return.


  • All sale merchandise is FINAL SALE and not eligible for returns or exchanges. 
  • Items purchased using a discount or promotional code may not be eligible for exchanges or returns - please check the promotional rules for eligibility.
  • Lingerie, Underwear, Pacifiers, Puree Food and Lactation Cookies are FINAL SALE.
  • Returns for swimwear will only be accepted if the swimsuit is tried on over underwear and returned in its clean original condition with all tags attached. 
  • Only items purchased through babebumpandbeyond.com may be exchanged or returned to our online warehouse.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refusing a package does not constitute a valid return and will not be accepted/refunded for any reason. Redelivery charges will apply to reship the package.
