Returns/Exchanges
We want you to feel good about what you bring into your motherhood journey.
If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to support you.
We accept returns on full-priced, approved items within 10 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unwashed, unworn, with original tags and packaging.
Change of mind returns are issued as store credit.
Refunds are not offered for change of mind purchases.
How to Request a Return or Exchange
Most orders will include a return card.
If not, you can submit a return request through your account:

Log in here or via the profile icon on our website.

Enter your email and the verification code sent to you.

Select the order and items you’d like to return.

Choose a return reason and add a note so we can review your request.

If approved, you’ll receive instructions for sending your item back.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Once we receive the item, we’ll process your store credit, exchange, or refund (as agreed prior).
If you are exchanging an item, standard shipping rates apply for the replacement item.
We recommend using tracked shipping for returns we are not responsible for packages lost in transit.
Exclusions
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, unless faulty:

Items purchased with certain promotional or discount codes (refer to promo rules)

Postpartum care products
Swimwear may be returned only if tried on over underwear and returned in clean, original condition with all tags attached.
Only items purchased directly from babebumpandbeyond.com are eligible for return.
Duties, Customs & Package Refusal
Refusing a parcel (including customs duties or tariff charges) does not qualify as a return.
Orders returned due to unpaid duties or refusal of delivery are not eligible for refund or credit.
Redelivery fees will apply if the parcel is returned to us.
Order Cancellation
We can cancel an order before dispatch.
Refunds for cancelled orders incur a 3% cancellation fee to cover processing and restocking.
If you choose store credit instead, no cancellation fee applies.
