We accept returns of approved full priced items within 10 days of delivery date.
Merchandise must be unused/unworn/unwashed with original packaging/tags attached.

Making A Return

Please send an email to us at to request a return/credit/exchange. You will need to let us know your order number and return reason. Make sure to include any relevant photos if your item is faulty.

Return Rules

Babe Bump & Beyond offers returns/exchanges within 10 calendar days from when your order is delivered.

In order to be eligible for an exchange or return, products must be returned in unused, unwashed, and unworn condition with original tags and packaging included. All skincare items must be returned unopened in original packaging in order to be eligible for a return.

Change of mind returns are eligible for store credit only and will not be refunded.

Making An Exchange or Return

If applicable your order should contain a return card - if it doesn't you can make a return request by logging into your customer account here

Submitting A Self Return Request

Click the profile icon in the top right of our menu, or click the link above to request a return.

1. Log in to your account: In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue.

2. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.

3. Go back to our website, and enter the six-digit verification code. Then click the order that you want to submit the return for. If your order has more than one item, select the items that you want to return.

4. Select a return reason and add a note for us to know why (submitting a request is not automatic and returns reasons will be considered before we approve/deny the request.

5. Click Request return. If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions (return shipping will need to be covered and arranged by the returnee). After the product is returned, you receive a credit/exchange/refund as agreed upon. 


  • All sale merchandise is FINAL SALE and not eligible for returns or exchanges. 
  • Items purchased using a discount or promotional code may not be eligible for exchanges or returns - please check the promotional rules for eligibility.
  • Underwear/Nappies, Pacifiers, Baby brushes, Silverettes, Food, Skincare and Post partum products are FINAL SALE.
  • Returns for swimwear will only be accepted if the swimsuit is tried on over underwear and returned in its clean original condition with all tags attached. 
  • Only items purchased through may be exchanged or returned to our online warehouse.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are exchanging an item additional shipping will be applied at our standard rates (unless product is faulty).

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refusing a package (including refusing customs charges) does not constitute a valid return and will not be accepted/refunded for any reason. Redelivery charges will apply to reship the package.

Order Cancellation 

We accept order cancellations prior to dispatch only.

Refunds for cancelled orders will incur a 5% cancellation fee to cover card processing and restocking charges.

Credit notes for cancelled orders will not incur cancellation fees.
