We ship with care, and with your journey in mind.
Orders placed Monday–Friday are prepared and sent within 3 business days.
Orders placed after 10am Friday will ship the following week.
Please note we currently cannot ship to PO Boxes.

If your country isn’t listed at checkout, just reach out - we’ll add your shipping rate or create a custom invoice for you.

A gentle note: BINIBAMBA products are not eligible for free shipping.
Orders including BINIBAMBA will be charged our standard NZ/DHL flat rate.

Duties & Taxes

Every country has its own import rules. Your order may be subject to local duties, taxes or tariffs.
These are billed by DHL or your country’s customs office and are the responsibility of the purchaser.

We’re here to support, but we do not cover these fees.
Orders returned due to unpaid duties are not eligible for refund or credit - thank you for understanding.

Some things are worth waiting for.
If your order includes a pre-order item, everything will ship together once that item arrives.

If your parcel has already shipped, we can request a redirect.
Courier redirection fees apply and will be invoiced before delivery continues.
