Additional Shipping Info.

All orders valued over $100 will require a signature upon delivery.

Orders placed Monday to Friday will be shipped within 5 business days.
Orders placed on Friday after 10am will be shipped the following week.
We are unable to ship to PO Boxes.
BINIBAMBA products are excluded from free shipping - orders that include their products will be charged the NZ Standard/DHL flat shipping rate.
Pre-Order Items
All orders that include "Pre-Order" items will ship as the pre-ordered product becomes available.
Tracking
You will receive an email with tracking information when your order ships.

Order Adjustments
If you need to change your order, please reach out to us as soon as possible.
We cannot guarantee a change can be completed, as our fulfilment team processes all orders quickly, but we'll do our best to help.
Change Of Address
If your delivery address has changed please contact us ASAP and we can amend this aslong as your order is still pending dispatch.
If your order has been dispatched we can organise the parcel to be stopped on route but there will be an additional charge for redirection of the parcel at the charged rate by the courier provider - which will be invoiced to you before the parcel can continue onto delivery.
