C-Section Rock ‘n’ Roller
Healing a C-section scar takes time and the right tools.
The YUNG BOD C-Section Rock ’n’ Roller is a high-quality dual-ended massage tool designed to reduce swelling, flatten raised scar tissue, and improve the appearance of post-delivery skin.
“I was skeptical, but this really helped with the lumpy texture around my scar. So glad I stuck with it.” - Montana
This first-of-its-kind roller supports recovery by encouraging gentle manual massage, a proven technique to help scars soften, smooth and fade over time, while also boosting absorption of your scar creams and oils.
What It Does
-
Helps reduce swelling and firmness around C-section scars
-
Encourages flatter, smoother-looking scar tissue
-
Supports elasticity, flexibility and skin recovery
-
Breaks down built-up collagen that can cause thick or raised scars
-
Enhances absorption of topical skincare products
Why Massage Matters
As C-section skin heals, it can become raised, thick or firm due to collagen build-up. Gentle massage may help soften this tissue, improving texture and appearance over time. Used consistently, the Rock ’n’ Roller gives your skin the best chance to heal with a faint, even-looking scar.

How To Use
After showering, apply YUNG BOD C-SECTION MAMA CREAM to dry skin. Depending on your scar’s age, we recommend the using following massage techniques to rejuvenate your skin.
New scars
Age: Approximately 12 weeks to 24 months
-
Gently move the smaller, amethyst end of the roller around your c-section site. Carefully move in up and down, back and forth directions, so you’ve covered the area in a cross-hatch.
-
When your wound is three months old, you can use the larger, ridged end of the roller on the site. Use your thumb and forefinger to stretch the skin in your c-section area, moving the roller in up and down, back and forth directions, so you’ve covered the area in a cross-hatch.
-
You can build up pressure over time and up to five minutes of massage per day.
Old scars
Age: Approximately 2 years onwards
This area can be sore and delicate, even if the scar is years old. However, you can massage the site straight away.
